The most easiest, and my personal favorite of all homemade jams. Its simplicity is probably its best part.
Ripe red tomatoes, chopped – 4 cups
Sugar – 4 cups
Juice of 1 lemon
Cloves – 3 to 4
Add all the ingredients to a heavy bottomed non-stick
pan and cook till it’s mashed and turns into a sticky dropping
consistency. When it cools, store in jars. It’s as easy as that!
